We’re taking various measures in the current situation in order to ensure our customers’ safety. These include a limit of two customers in store at a time, 2 metre distancing measures in place in all stores with clear floor markings, alcohol-based hand sanitizer and gloves provided for customers and staff at all times and stores being regularly deep cleaned. Our services during this period will include the sale of IQOS devices, accessories and HEETS, a 30 day refund policy, device tutorials and device cleaning and diagnostic services. Unfortunately during this time we will be unable to take cash payments and our community spaces will be closed.
