Joseph and the rest of the staff were very helpful, honest and up-front. Great customer service all-around. It was the only time I've purchased a car and not felt like I was being taken. I looked at several IS 250's (probably 20-30) in the past month, and IAB by far had the best vehicles at the best prices (in a 100 mile radius at least).
