My name is Nigel Burgan I have been practising hypnotherapy in Bracknell , Wokingham and Reading since 2004. As a responsible hypnotherapist you can find me on the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) and the Complementary & Natural Health Care Council (CNHC). I maintain full Public Liability and Indemnity Insurance.
I am also a Life coach having studied with the Coaching Academy and accredited through the National Open College Network, a Licensed NLP Practioner where I have been fortunate enough to have been trained by the co-creator Dr Richard Bandler . An EFT Practitioner and Trainer where once again I have also been privileged having trained with the creator Gary Craig. Over the last 10+ years utilising mainly EFT and hypnotherapy underpinned by good questioning techniques and the use of some NLP tools my clients (who have followed the protocols that they were given) have found that they have been able to make the desired changes in their lives whether that be reducing anxiety, weight loss or becoming more confident. Over the years I have taken additional training's in weight loss where I am licensed as a Hypno-Band™ hypnotherapist and stop smoking. My initial training in Stop Smoking was with Valarie Austin the creator of the "stop smoking in an hour technique". I can be found on the Central Register of Stop Smoking Therapists.
