Born in 1971, Michael Hollinger was raised in humble surroundings in the inner city of Allentown, PA. At the age of 7, Michael's father passed away. From that point on, Michael and his older brother were raised by their mother. She instilled values and showed both of them the dedication it takes to be successful in life. After graduating High School, Mr. Hollinger went on to the University of Scranton, where he graduated cum laude and received honors such as the Dean's List, National Merit Scholar and was listed in Who's Who Among American College Students. Michael's successes continued in Harrisburg, PA where he attended and graduated from the Widener University School of Law. While there, Mr. Hollinger was invited to join the prestigious Law Review in only his second year. In his final year of Law School, Mr. Hollinger was unanimously selected to be the External Managing Editor. After graduation, Mr. Hollinger took and passed both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Examinations. Three months later, Mr. Hollinger began his legal career by serving as the Judicial Law Clerk to the President Judge of Berks County. After nearly two years in Reading, PA, Mr. Hollinger spent the next 12 years serving his clients in both private and public practice. He has dedicated himself to various areas of practice which has brought him praise in the eyes of his clients and others in the legal community. Mr. Hollinger enjoys drafting legal documents such as Wills and Powers of Attorney but also dedicates himself to the intense practice of Criminal Law. Mr. Hollinger is not only a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (PACDL) but also a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL). He is also a member of the Berks County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and is certified by the Supreme C ourt of Pennsylvania to represent individuals who are facing the death penalty. Mr. Hollinger is a dedicated husband and father who values both his family and the lives of others
