My experience of this company was precisely the opposite; I arranged a home visit last week, the engineer did not turn up and did not contact me to tell me he wasn't coming. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and arranged another visit, he arrived over an hour late, but in fairness did contact me to tell me he was running late. On that home visit he was unsure of what was wrong so left the fridge running and said he would come back the following day at 8am.
