Kim Synclair has been working in the emotional well-being industry for over 10 years and is a qualified BACP Accredited counsellor. Kim has managed a number of highly successful drug and alcohol services in Thurrock and continues to be a Director for Therapeutic and Drug and Alcohol Services for Open Door, a very successful and highly regarded charity based in Essex.
Within this role Kim manages a number of services including two counselling services working with young people in Thurrock and Essex. She is also an experienced supervisor, supervising a number of staff within Open Door.
Whilst Kim's experience initially was in the drug and alcohol field, she started volunteering for the very well-known City Roads in London and became passionate about health and nutrition a number of years ago.
