Our magical Shepherd Huts, unique Hobbit Houses, charming cottages and quirky beach chalet are tucked away in secret locations, close to the extravagant, bustling seaside resort of St. Ives, in Cornwall.
This is a quiet haven, in easy access to the town, its coastal paths and glorious beaches. Our field is the ideal location to experience a truly memorable and powerful experience, that will enrich your life and time away.
Our artisan Shepherd huts are stylish, comfortable and a special place to stay, perfect for all. These hand-crafted little wagons have a rich history in the UK and France providing shelter for shepherds in remote locations.
Our Hobbit Houses are an original way to enjoy a special holiday and escape from all the trappings of modern life. The cosy rounded pine house is located in one of our secluded fields. The Hobbits are simple but have everything you need to be comfortable. A little gas stove for your hot cuppa, with solar power supplying enough electric for lighting, phone charger and a speaker.

So, head off beyond the beaten tourist path and immerse yourself in this authentic environment. With optional extras including a wood fired hot tub, sauna plus you can come and surf with us. We offer private surf lessons for beginners and those more experienced. You can also invigorate yourself with one of our yoga sessions, whilst in our Cornish fields and taking in the panoramic coastal views. No experience is necessary.
St Ives is a traditional seaside town and one of Cornwall's famous destinations, it has a working harbour surrounded by fantastic golden beaches, a range of art galleries and a fantastic selection of great restaurants. There are four main golden, sandy beaches, with numerous sheltered coves and for the surfing aficionados, there is Porthmeor Beach.
Locally, there are so many things to do. Maybe a coastal cliff-walk one day, a gallery or museum the next, or perhaps something a little more active – surfing or cycling the many local routes…take your pick.
Since you are here, surely you will want to visit and explore its iconic attractions or explore Cornwall's many hidden treasures? Such as; Tate St Ives, the Minack Theatre, St Michael's Mount, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and Land's End. The Eden Project, over in St Austell, is just over an hours’ drive away from us and a comfortable day trip, even when wet. With its Bios built into an abandoned quarry it is a marvel just to view from the outside.
There are a fantastic amount of activities and you'll want to make the most of Cornwall's amazing beaches, rivers, lakes and estuaries with all the fantastic water sports on offer and walkers will love the diversity of the landscape,
