The Circular Shop is a flexible multi-purpose but, importantly, as far as possible, zero waste retail space. It is designed to promote the 'circular economy' where recycling, reuse and zero waste are key. Currently the shop is gearing up to offer our local community: WeyShare - a library-of-things that takes donated tools and appliances, checks or repairs them, and then lets people borrow them for a small fee (e.g. tool hire of carpet cleaners, pressure washers etc.). There are lending libraries such as this all over the UK, this is Weymouth's. Tool Servicing & Repair - our own expert engineer will carry out servicing and tool repairs for a small fee making them work optimally and stopping you buying new tools. Home Energy & Retrofit Advice - we have our own qualified Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator with practical experience of turning a local Victorian terraced house net zero carbon provides home energy advice and energy saving construction services to local homeowners.
