Haviland House is a dementia care home and wellbeing centre supporting people living with dementia in the community, including their carers and families. From initial outreach support, through to residential care, Guild Care's flexible dementia services evolve and adapt to each individual's needs as they change over time. them in their roles and enable them to deliver the very best person-centred care. There are a range of daily activities and information services provided within the Bradbury Wellbeing Centre, including support through short break respite care.
Haviland House is devoted to supporting those living with a dementia - from early to later stages. It includes:-
a) Supports small household living - households of 12 individuals.
b) Nursing care and oversight for all those living at Haviland House recognising that most people with a dementia have other health conditions
c) End of life and palliative care also provided irrespective of their stage of dementia
