Rip off!! Got my dog desexed half a year ago but will not provide documentation that the clinic has done the procedure. The clinic will not provide you with a proper receipt for the procedure that they have performed! I went back there 1/2 year later asking for documentation to proof that my dog got desexed by the vet there as it is one of the importation requirement. The clinic is charging me $200 for the written proof which was bever given to me in the first place! Total Rip off!! The staff have poor attitude! Will not want to go back there again! Beware people! Better off with SPCA where they will provide you with proper documentation for the procedure that they have done free of charge!
