Misrepresentation of warranty
Bought a brand new blackberry Priv from them in November 2017 and the phone started to show a green screen after a few weeks of use, took it back to the shop, the shop manager told me that the warranty does not include repair. And I have to pay 1300 hkd for repair. This is my third blackberry Priv, and my second Priv had the exac t same problem and qualcomm fixed it for free whilst under warranty. I only bought a new third phone as the warranty ran out on my second phone, and it make sense to have a new standby phone with warranty. I even contacted the consumer council but the di gi fi did not entertain them. Do not buy from di gi fi. They don't provide warranty even though the invoice says they do. I eventually bought a new phone from fortress.

Expereinced the Same upsell of no name filter matze for 750hkd as Iglobal user. Grossly overpriced for a no name brand. Do not just beleive what these guys tell you. Only agree to a buy after you've done your own research.

I am an Australian that purchased a set of Connectland WiFi headphones.My purchase was around 9/6/2014 My problems is they work fine when conneced to power but will not take a charge so they do not work because the red charge light goes on then off.What do I do?|#|no email address on invoices
