To the office in HK,
I would like to make a complain regarding you staff named 'JUDY'. I have just made a call to your office to follow-up a Box Delivery. During the conversation (if you could review the conversation if it's recorded), she sarcastically told me to just speak in Tagalog so you won't have a hard time. I did not like her tone and approach, she was rude. Is this the way you talk to your customers? I think she needs TRAINING in proper manners when talking to customers on the phone! You have just lost a regular client because of her! She should not be doing that job!!!
