Like the others in here, I was using this forwarder because my package usually arrive in the phils in lest than two weeks. However, my latest interaction with your staff shows lack of customer service. My box was scheduled for pick up on nov 5 2016. Since you will not provide a specific time for pick up, I called your worlwide branch in the morning to confirm the schedule. I was told to just wait . I followed up with another call at 2pm in the afternoon and was again told just to wait for the pick up. Needless to say, my box was not picked up on that day and I wasted my day just waiting. The next day I called up your worlwide branch and was told to call up your tokwawan branch only to be told that they can't do anything but to re schedule without any explanation or no attempt to try to fix what was wrong in the first place. I get that this happens sometimes but what is frustrating is the lack of customer service and insensitive way the staff deals with their customer. The least the

Tsaka mamili kayo ng hindi tamad at devoted sa work nila....hindi ung dami alibi para lang lulusot at hindi maihahatid sa exact destination ng consignee.. Very much disappointed talaga ako sa services ninyo...lumipat ako sa dalawang freight forwarder kc na atrract ako sa unang try ko pagpadala sa inyo na hindi umabot ng isang buwan received kaagad. Kong saan medyo tumagal na ako at umabowng pangatlong padala saka na lumalabas ang totoo ninyong kagawian...how do you attract and convinced customers kong ganyan ang serbisyo ninyo...??? Sana po hindi bastos kausap mga nsa delivery ninyo at sana nag early call sila sa consignee dahil d nman tambay sa bahay lahat consignee ng ofw. This is my first time to send cargo in your company but im not happy. Sana nag hire kayo ng approachable staff to attract customer not to disappoint them. Godbless
