Stretch and Strengthen:
Watch as you increase your flexibility and gain core strength. Safe and suitable for every-body. Encompasses overall wellness and a full-body work-out. Introduces and reviews the foundations in detail with an emphasis on important use of pelvic floor muscles. Post-Natal ladies or those in need of re-rehabilitation or managing back pain, I recommend this option.

Pre-Natal Boost:
A lovely class to stretch out tight areas, to breathe and prepare for delivery, enhance carrying and prepare for post-natal strength and re-bound. Feel the benefit of a full-body workout in a safe and nurturing environment. (Packages go on hold for delivery or if medically advised to stop, and continue as Post-Natal classes.)

Power Hour Pilates:
For those familiar with the foundations of Pilates training and have had at least some private lessons or joined a Stretch and Strengthen Class previously or have a good level of body awareness. A more intense experience that gets the heart pumping!

Mama with Baba:
A Post-Natal Work-out for those who want time with their baby. A similar programme to Stretch and Strengthen.

Fatty Fitties [to be confirmed]:
Exclusively for men who want to increase their flexibility while strengthening core muscles for increased endurance and injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Group Equipment Circuit Training:
A saturday afternoon session catering for all levels including pre-natal. Play and explore your strength and flexibility, balance and co-ordination in a fully-equipped Pilates Studio. Explore moves on the TRX, Wunda Chair, Exo Chair, Reformers, Cadillac, Barrel, Bosu.

- Saturday; Beginner Level 12noon; Intermediate 1pm; Pre-Natal 2pm @ HK Island venue TBC

Private or small group sessions:
These can be arranged by appointment using either mats or specially-designed fitness equipment. Taking place in Studio, Homes or Offices in HK Island and Lantau.
