Entrenamiento Personal En Escalada MACROPLAN $650 MENSUAL
Dicho entrenamiento costa de 6 sesiones semanales de lunes a sábado con entrenamiento personalizado.
El objetivo de dicho servicio es ampliar y acelerar los procesos de maduración intelectual, físico y deportivo, para así alcanzar un nivel avanzado en escalada y obtener capacidades físicas más elevadas, dicho plan está dirigido a todo aquel interesado en subir su nivel a corto plazo en escalada.

Clase de prueba
Lo que aprenderás en las clases será lo siguiente
-utilizar el equipo de escalada (cuerda, arnés, sistema)
-recibirás entrenamiento físico y técnica de escalada, entrenamiento para subir de nivel
Todo esto lo realizaras mediante ejercicios escalando asi como diferentes rutinas físicas
Las clases se dan en todo el rocódromo, estas tienen una continuidad, es decir semanas tendrás diferente entrenamiento, trabajaras, fuerza, resistencia, velocidad, bloque corto, físico etc.
