Home Report Company provides home reports, energy performance certificates and property surveys to homeowners who are looking to sell their property all across Scotland.

With offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen, we provide home reports at a time that suits you. We understand that selling your home is a stressful period and we know that as a seller you already lead a busy life. That is why we were found to accommodate sellers who are unable to follow the standard Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 schedule. We are available to offer early mornings, late evenings and weekend appointments to work around your schedule.
