In the area of criminal defense, I work to defend the rights and freedom of my clients. I represent people accused of DUI and traffic offenses. I defend people accused of drug crimes, theft, assault, burglary, checks and ID fraud and other related crimes. I work to give people a second chance by obtaining ARD, also called Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition and in drug cases, Section 17 dispositions. I work to preserve the educational and career options of juveniles who have made a mistake and have broken the law.
