In 1946, Mr W.A. Coleman used his hard earned army pay to buy the cabinet repair shop, later expanding into the workshop in Mead Lane, Farnham. My father, D.S. Embling joined the firm as an apprentice in 1955 at the age of 15.
The company was sold to A. Robins (a removal company) still in Farnham but they moved to 45 Fairfield Farnham Surrey in 1985. My father, D.S. Embling, seized the opportunity to buy the workshop where he had spent happy years learning his trade from the dedicated and skilled Mr Coleman. In 2006, I, Mr C S Embling became the happy owner.
