Sundragon Bail Bonds provides services to individuals seeking to post either a secured or cash bond in Delaware and throughout Maryland. SECURED BONDS A secured bond is posted by a bail bondsman in the court where the defendant is charged. CASH BONDS A cash bond is different than a secured bond. The bail bondsman is required to bring the full bail amount in cash to the court where the defendant is charged. BAILING SOMEONE OUT There is a qualification process for bailing someone out. You must: be employed continuously for at least 1 year own a home or vehicle not have a "No Contact Order" against the defendant not be the victim involved with the crime committed There may be other terms that are at the discretion of the bail bondsman. PAYMENT OF FEES We have a few different options available for paying fees. We accept cash and all major credit cards. We also do payment plans. You must have at least half of the premium fee up front. Depending on the amount of the bail, more may be required. This is at the discretion of the bail bondsman. Payments are made twice a month at an amount agreed upon by you and the bail bondsman. We do NOT do payment plans on cash bails. The 32% fee is required in full before the bail is posted.
