Providing a wide range of complementary therapies and wisdom Alan Piper and Kate Hudson-Hall have formed Wise Blue Owl to beneficial thoughtful complementary therapies to help with whatever maybe troubling you. After successfully creating two charities, one,Changez Charity to assist clients with mental health issues with Dr Vince Cable MP as the Patron, and another charity, The Dawn Hastings Foundation to support cancer sufferers and their families, Alan and Kate have created Wise Blue Owl to invite a wider audience to experience their support and complementary therapies. All of our therapists are fully qualified, insured and are members of their appropriate professional accrediting bodies.
We work with a variety of roadblocks; stress, relationship help, sadness, anxiety, loss, career improvement, depression, addictions, improving self esteem, parenting, life transitions and much more. Our Therapy History Prior to starting Wise Blue Owl Therapy Centre, Kate Hudson Hall developed and taught the Imagine Yourself Slim weight loss programme and Alan Piper operated The Rickmansworth Hypnotherapy Practice. Alan and Kate then went on to found the Changez Charity organsation. Changez Charity was subject to a high amount of interest in 2011 when Kate Middleton prior to her marriage to Prince William and her becoming Duchess of Cambridge, sent a letter noting her interest in the possibility that Changez Charity may be one of the charities she may patron, at that time Vince Cable, the business secretary, was already a patron. Morefire PR owner Mark Ferguson who was also a trustee of Changez Charity covered the story's of Vince Cables work with the Charity. Changez Charity ran a number of high profile fund raising events including a grand ball at Cole Court, Twickenham and a later one that was to be at Twickenham Stadium.
In 2012 Changez Charity changed its name to the Dawn Hastings Foundation in honour of their good friend Dawn Hastings who died of cancer. The Dawn Hastings Foundation was set up to assist those suffering cancer to find information and support on the use of complementary and alternatives for cancer suffers .Kate Hudson – Hall and volunteers of Changez/TDHF staff attended extra training courses on cancer with Macmillian cancer support.The Dawn Hastings Foundation also had a number of high profile fund raising events including a river run from the Park Club Acton, London, A Rock Night at the Hogarth Health Club, West London, and a 2012 grand ball at The Queens Tennis Club London.
In 2014 Alan and Kate moved to Ashford Surrey and set up Wise Blue Owl Therapy Centre.The therapy centre provides counselling, and is listed in both the Counselling Directory and Counselling Pages, Hypnotherapy is listed in the Hypnotherapy Directory in Surrey & Middlesex and the The Hypnotherapy Register in Surrey, both Alan and Kate being members of the Hypnotherapy Standards Council and General Hypnotherapy Register. The Therapy Centre also provides NLP with both Alan & Kate being qualified NLP practitioners, CBT, Emotional Freedom Technique to which Kate is an affiliate of Gary Craig's Emofree.com.
