We will assist you in determining and achieving your financial goals continually earning your trust as a valued business advisor! The Dollar$ and $en$e program offers some or all of the following services for small businesses: 1. Recording of cash receipts, 2. Recording of cash disbursements, 3. Preparation of vendor payments, 4. Tracking of customers receivable balances, 5. Payroll preparation, 6. Bank reconciliations, 7. Preparation of all required payroll tax returns, 8. Preparation of all required sales tax returns, 9. Preparation of a monthly profit and loss statement, 10. Continual tax planning based on the monthly financials, 11. Preparation of all required income tax returns, 12. Unlimited discussions of your accounting and tax questions by phone or at our office. The fee for the required services is determined in advance and is payable monthly. The fee is guaranteed for as long as one year depending on the projected growth of the business. When the small business matures having sufficient and knowledgeable personnel to do more of its own bookkeeping it qualifies for the more traditional service arrangement of fee per service or fee per hourly rate. There is no need to switch to a larger firm to obtain newly required or desired services. You retain your professional contacts insuring your continued growth and success.
