Here at Abbey Leisure centre, we’re conveniently located right in the heart of Barking and offer a fantastic variety of activities and facilities for you to enjoy. Check out our two swimming pools in which our award-winning swimming lessons are held, while our 140-station gym has all the equipment you could need to help you reach your fitness goals. Meanwhile, we also have three group exercise studios that play host to a huge range of sessions designed to meet all needs. We’ve got two pools for you to enjoy – a 25m main pool and a smaller teaching pool too. It’s in these that we host all our aquatic activities, which include our award-winning swimming lessons.
