Since everyone is different I offer a variety of recognised counselling approaches tailored to your individual needs. This includes psychodynamics cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT). Whichever is the most suitable approach we can work together at a pace that feels right for you.
The first step is to arrange an informal meeting where we can talk about your needs and concerns. I do not charge a fee for that initial consultation. Please contact me to arrange a time that is convenient to you.
About me
An experienced BACP Senior Accredited counsellor I work with people either on a private basis or through employer referrals. In addition to general counselling I have an additional interest in work-related counselling issues. I offer counselling and therapy to couples as well as individuals. You will also be safe in the knowledge that as an experienced and accredited BACP counsellor, I will ensure that we will work at the pace and depth that is right for you.

Counselling Services Geoff is a registered BACP Accredited counsellor providing counselling services to individual clients and couples in Basingstoke and Hampshire. Support is given on a range of issues including stress, depression, relationship issues, anger management, anxiety, low self esteem, eating disorders, panic attacks and lack of confidence. He works with clients using a variety of counselling strategies including Cogntitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Counselling and Solution Focussed Therapy. Counselling sessions are held in pleasant rooms in Worting House on the outskirts of Basingstoke. Trade Bodies / Associations Geoff Boutle is a Registered BACP Accredited counsellor. He is also a Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and an Associate Member of Association for Coaching Specialist Services Counselling strategies include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Counselling and Brief Solution focussed Therapy. The intention is to work with the strategy which best fits with each individual client.
