He is a member of the Creditor/Debtor and Real Property sections of the Seattle-King County and Washington State Bar Associations, and Chair-elect of the WSBA Creditor-Debtor section. He has presented numerous CLE seminars on bankruptcy issues, and was selected to present the Best of the CLEs to the Centennial WSBA Convention. He has been selected by Washington Law and Politics magazine as a Washington State Super Lawyer. He authored Collection Law and Enforcement of Judgments in Washington, and is the author of two chapters in Washington Law Deskbooks for Lawyers.
