With funds under advice of over £300m (including £100m managed by Brompton Asset Management in our range of risk adjusted model portfolios) we are a medium sized firm, large enough to have a proper infra-structure but still small enough to care.
We provide a very personal service to our clients and their other professional advisers. Our investment in technology ensures that clients receive the best possible advice and services. We are proud to be the preferred adviser for a number of law and accountancy firms across the south of England. We are also the preferred provider of financial services for clients of the Aston Scott Group, one of the UK's top 10 independently owned insurance brokers. As the main sponsor of Bath Cricket Club and “a friend" of the Bath Rugby Foundation, we also believe in giving back to our local community.
I'm also proud to say that many of our financial advisers are Chartered and or Certified, and many have obtained additional specialist qualifications from organisations like the Society of Trust and Estate Planners (STEP) and Society of Later Life Advisers (SOLLA). We also have advisers in each office who are registered with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). Therefore, you can be confident that our financial advisers know what they're talking about. Apart from all that they're really good people and I enjoy working with them, so hopefully you will too. Our History Money Wise started in Bath in 1997 and now has offices in Bournemouth, Cambridge and London.
We have client and professional relationships that go back to the start of the business, which we believe is a testament to our commitment to customer service. We now employ over 40 people including 15 financial advisers, many of whom are Chartered and or Certified Financial Planners. We also have a number of SOLLA and STEP accredited advisers and advisers who are registered with APIL to provide independent advice to lawyers working with Personal Injury and Court of Protection claimants.
Being part of the local community is very important to us. We have a long standing relationship with Bath Rugby and are the main sponsor of Bath Cricket Club.

We are committed to our local community and in addition to the support we provide Bath Cricket Club, Money Wise's nominated charity is the Bath Rugby Foundation. During the last 12 months of the relationship the firm has helped raise over £5,000 for the charity, including £3,000 raised when Duncan McKillop (business development director) cycled the notorious 1,000 mile Deloitte Ride Across Britain, sponsoring the Foundation's Olympic Quiz night, entering a team in the Bath Men's walk (from Winsley to Bath) and other Foundation events.
