Our Senior Leadership Team (SLT), are knowledgeable experts that conduct a detailed screening process of all our newly recruited employees. This is to ensure that our employees are well training, experiences and competent in delivering care at all levels.
We know that choosing the right care is important, therefore we have a dedicated team that are happy to help you choose the correct care that is suited to you or your loved one.
Here at A.J. - Northern Blitz, we understand what is important to our service users and endeavour to provide the same support workers on a regular basis. This helps to develop a genuine and trusting relationship between you and your support worker.
