Each month you can discover new pasta shapes and different flours, and impress and treat your loved ones. Silvana Lanzetta was born into a family of pasta makers from Naples and spent 17 years as a part-time apprentice in her grand mother's pasta factory. She specialises in making pasta entirely by hand, which is a tradition that is slowly fading, as is no longer passed down generations. Her passion to preserve disappearing shapes, and to pass on time-proven pasta making techniques, Silvana launched Tutti a Tavola in July 2015. Ever since Silvana has been helping pasta lovers of all ages to confidently create delicious pasta by themselves.
