One of the first things you should know about me is that I truly believe food is one of life's soul pleasures! By working together, we can develop a plan that not only best suit your health needs, but also enables you to still enjoy food (though of course dietary restrictions may be necessary at times).
As well as having a busy private practice, I teach nutrition to a wide range of health professionals (including Bristol medical students) so work hard to keep up to date with current research in the area. I combine the latest scientific thinking with over 30 years of experience of working as a healthcare practitioner.
