I'm qualified in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (the only hypnotherapy qualification approved by the British Psychological Society) and Advanced Structured Hypnotherapy, the techniques for which are highly specialised and very effective. I use an evidence-based approach, which means I use methods based on extensive scientific research for hypnosis and hypnotherapy. These methods have been proven to be effective through numerous controlled clinical trials over many years, covering a wide variety of conditions.
