Hi, I'm Kieran and I work with men and young guys that want to feel better, happier and have confidence in where their life is going. I don't pass judgement on what you have done (or what you haven't done) and I work with you to get to where you want to be in life. If you find that your anxious in social situations, struggle to find the confidence to talk to someone who you might want a relationship with or have feelings of anger that can hold you back and be counter productive, I can help. We can explore where these feelings come from and look at ways to move forward and start living the life you want to live.
I specialise in working with men and young guys who have trouble communicating how they feel and suffer from not being where they want to be in life. It could be relationship problems, difficulties with finding a career or a job that you enjoy a deeply traumatic experience or it could be handling feelings such as anger or anxiety. We can find a solution.
I know what it's like as
