This garage is one of the worst that I have used in this country. I have taken my car to MOT on Wednesday, then it turned out to need re-test. Originally, the guy said that it would take only one day to get spare tires. But in the end my car came back a week on Saturday. Don't remember how many times I called. When they picked up, they say that they would call me back in a few minutes with no actual return calls. The price was more than 100 pounds more than the original quote, and the staff even could not explain the breakdown. Originally they said no problem to deliver my car after the test. In fact, because of a short number of staffs, they could not, I ended up going there by bike. Except their location near to the city centre, there is nothing good in Price, Service, Support. Please avoid them or you will regret that you used it.
