|#|Worst shop out . Replaced a outer cable with a different colour on me Carbon bike and said that was normal practice . Gears were jumping all day when doing the Dragon Run for Prostate Cancer Charity . Instead of an apology I got excuses that I never left him much time to do it . It was BOOKED in before cycle so figure that one out :0| . Also putting it in the back of me new Mondeo estate with seats down damaged the back mechanism he said ...... Correct me if I'm wrong but lying a bike on carpet with all mechanisms up so not to get oil on car interior is safer than a bike rack even . A £60 waste of time service just to destroy me well loved bike . Also bought a tool kit to service me winter bike and found out that all the outer cables that he claimed to of changed , turned out to be my all my originals cables still :0| . Also promised he would order the correct outer cable for my carbon and to this day never received a phone call back to get it booked in . You trust these people , es
