We provide luxury outdoor accommodation in the heart of the Mournes. We have a fully equipped site with outdoor kitchen area and a toilet/shower block. BBQ's are provided for each unit. Stoves are provided within units for extra cozy feel. We are directly adjacent Castlewellan Forest Park which has the 2nd largest permanent maze in the world. It's arboretum, was started in the 1850s and includes many trees with record heights in the British Isles. It sports a beautiful lake and Castle and there are numerous gorgeous walking paths within the 100 arce grounds. Life Adventures Centre within the park has mountain biking, kayaking, hill walking, wet bouldering, open canoeing, coasteering, field archery, raft building and electric mountain biking, so there's plenty of outdoor activities nearby.
Castlewellan is a 45 minutes stroll through the beautiful park from our glamping site and has all the local ammenities you could need with friendly local pubs, cafes, shops and a supermarket.
