My expertise in real estate and construction law is supplemented by years of experience as a Virginia-licensed building contractor working on commercial and residential projects. I help clients with owner sales, condominium and homeowners’ associations, zoning, sales of real property, title insurance issues, purchase agreements, property law, land use, easements, rights of way, property owners’ issues, private property issues, condo and home owners association issues, eminent domain, and construction contracts. As an estate planning lawyer, I help clients with wills (last will and testament), trusts, estates, probate, powers of attorney, probate court issues, living wills, beneficiary issues, living trusts, inheritance tax issues, and executor issues, I’m a proud UVA graduate and a graduate of the Washington and Lee University School of Law.
