The Forge is a culinary establishment that prides itself on offering incredible dry-aged beef and wild venison. These exquisite meats can be found in their maturation cabinets, patiently waiting for their turn on the remarkable Forge grill. Their main focus lies in utilizing British ingredients, with a special emphasis on sourcing ingredients as close to the Chester area as possible.
