Trent PTS employ trained accredited psychological therapists, often called counsellors or cognitive behavioural therapists or psychological well-being practitioners. Our therapists assess and provide therapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, phobias, sleep problems, stress and problems that do not require being seen in secondary mental health care. We work to NHS national standards and are monitored by the NHS. Our Services are free to people living in Nottingham or Nottinghamshire.
