Principal, Sally Wildman a fellow of American Academy of Adoption Attorneys, has represented adopting parents since 1985. Currently, Ms. Wildman represents adoptive parents in all types of domestic adoption, including agency, private, stepparent, grandparent, LGBT. The firm handles Illinois re-adoption after foreign adoptions and Illinois adoptions after foreign guardianship. This firm can represent adoptive parents outside of Illinois provided they are working with an Illinois Adoption Agency. This firm represents adult adopted persons in the search process. We advise on current procedures in Illinois and assist with Petitions for appointment of Confidential Intermediary.
