I am a fully qualified Person-centred Counsellorwho provides a warm, welcoming, and non-judgemental space for you to explore what's troubling you. Having someone actively listening to you can help you enjoy better mental, emotional and physical health. I have particular experience in working with depression and anxiety, self-harm, chronic illness, aquired disability and chronic pain.
I am a menber of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their Ethical Framework, providing best-practice for all my clients.
Sometimes life throws us into situations that can feel unbearable... and it's important to know that not being OK is absolutely OK. Asking for help can feel frightening, but it is equally important to know that it is your journey and you are in control. As a person-entred counsellor I understand that you, the client, are the expert in your own life, so what we talk about in each session is led by you.
