The overall process is project-managed by Havard Quality Solutions and begins with a gap analysis which will generate the necessary corrective actions required to bring the company's current management system in line with the requirements of the standard; at this point Havard Quality Solutions Ltd work with the client to ensure all corrective actions are effectively actioned. Once comfortable that the management system is compliant with the required standard Havard Quality Solutions Ltd help to source quotations from the certifying bodies and accompany the client throughout the assessments to provide help and advice. the implementation project concludes on the client being recommended for certification. Internal Auditing Havard Quality Solutions Ltd provide an internal auditing service to their clients. This service includes development of the annual audit plan, implementation of the audits, generation of the audit report, recording of any non-compliances and follow-up.
