Our "No-Fix - No Fee" policy means you don't spend anything if you decide not to go ahead with the repair or if your repair is not feasible.
We believe that some PC repair jobs simply cannot be done 'on-site' if they are to be done properly. Hardware diagnostic tests, file corruption scans and spyware removal can take hours and hours - much of the time the engineer can be working on another job whilst a scan is running.
We believe in charging on a 'per job' and not 'per hour' basis to be fair to our clients.
We approach our customers openly and honestly, which we believe is the key to our success. We never hide any details of our repair work and openly work in front of customers. This way the customer can watch the work being carried out and ask us questions freely.
