Buckholt Dog Nursery was established in 1996 and is run by family members Paul, Pat and Carley and their 8 dogs.

Having always had a love for dogs we cannot help but feel a nurtuing insitinct towards our boarders as well as our own dogs as they are all viewed as part of our family.

At Buckholt we are very fortunate to have boarders that stay with us regularly throughout the year or return year after year. We have had the pleasure of watching tiny puppies grow into fine dogs and watch our older members grow old gracefully. We can tell you what food they like, what their favorite toy is and when they like their belly rubbed.



Our service includes cuddles and playtime and we are committed to ensure that all our boarders young or old have a wonderful holiday with us.


Not forgetting the owners we offer the best customer service and keep any worried owners updated during their holiday and prepare a lovely postcard for you so that you can see for yourself what a wonderful time their dog has had staying with us.



We are honoured that our bookings are mainly repeat bookings or new clients who we have been recommended to. We cater for the biggest dog to the smallest and from the youngest to the oldest.
