Martin J. Rothschild, Esq. is an experienced litigator who has tried and settled numerous cases covering the entire spectrum of personal injury law. His practice includes all of the State and Federal Courts throughout New York, and, he has litigated serious injury cases involving clients from Tennessee, Texas, Indiana, Washington, Florida and other States. Attorney Rothschild graduated Cum Laude from Syracuse University in 1974. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School in 1978, and, he was admitted to the New York Bar and the Federal District Court for the Northern District of New York in 1979. In 1980, he was admitted to the Florida Bar. Unlike many other Upstate New York practitioners, Attorney Rothschild has concentrated his practice exclusively in personal injury law, as opposed to general practice. This concentration permits full attention and dedication to the tough litigation issues which arise in this area of the law. Attorney Rothschild is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Trial Lawyers Association. Locally he is a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association in Syracuse, NY. Attorney Rothschild has participated as a regular legal commentator on a number of talk radio programs, including those broadcast on WHEN AM, WFBL AM and WKIX FM. He also appears regularly on WTVH Television (CBS - 5).
