With tranquil views across the fields and the welcoming smiles of our friendly yoga community, our Esher yoga studio is a warm space to connect, stretch and strengthen body and mind. The first floor studio is nestled into the back of Imber Court Sports Grounds. Large double doors onto the balcony offer a relaxing atmosphere bringing the outside in, flooding the studio with natural daylight. We often have a cup of tea before or after class, letting the peaceful vibes sink in, chatting and connecting.
Our Esher studio yoga classes are all about moving with others, allowing you time to connect to yourself. Once we step onto our mats with our gaze lingering on the tree-lined horizon and our mind connecting to our breath, the practice of yoga continues.
