It's difficult finding someone who you can share your deepest, most personal thoughts and trust that they won't judge you, but I am one of those people who will listen to understand, not to criticize. My superpower is connecting with others. Your mental health is important and your experience holds value as do your feelings so whatever your needs or concerns, I'm offering you a safe space to freely share them.
If you are sitting at home thinking; maybe I could talk to a counsellor, I need therapy, someone to listen, I need counselling, I am here. My experience and skills can enable you to unpack difficult emotions, tramatic events, and aid in discovering who you truely are; a person empowered to make your own choices and live in the present with a positve outlook.
It can be uncomfortable, you may feel scared at first and change is hard but give yourself the opportunity to explore the possibilities of a new day, with a fresh perspective, increased hope and greater awareness.
