Marianne Dugan's office is located in downtown Eugene. She handles cases involving federal public lands law, police misconduct, employment rights, property disputes (focusing on easements and boundary disputes), lawyer malpractice, and medical malpractice. Ms. Dugan has seventeen years of experience litigating in federal and state courts. Previously with the Western Environmental Law Center, she was listed in the 2007 through 2009 editions of "Super Lawyer" in the area of environmental law.
