The law office of J. Scott Braden, P.A. was established in 1990 to provide Family Law, Elder Law and Mediation services. Scott Braden, lifelong resident of Minnesota, received his B.A. Degree, Magna Cum Laude, from St. John's University in 1978, and his law degree from Hamline University School of Law in 1981. He is admitted to practice in all Courts in the State of Minnesota, the United States District Court for the State of Minnesota, and the 8th Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Rice County and the Minnesota State Bar Associations. He is a member of the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association. He is a past president of the Rice County Bar Association and Fifth District Bar Association. He was an Assistant Public Defender for the Third Judicial District from 1990 through 1996.
