iVent Inventory Clerks are an independent residential inventory clerk service based in Farnham, Surrey covering a 30 miles radius of our location.
We offer a 7 day a week service 8 am till 8 pm to cater for the needs of our clients whilst recognising the importance for accurate, honest and clear reports for all parties.

We prepare Inventory, Check-in, Mid-term and Check-out Reports for all types of residential properties, from flats and houses, to shared accommodation, bedsits and Houses in Multiple Occupancy. We visit the rental property and undertake a full Inventory inspection itemising the fixtures, fittings, contents and the condition.
