I work from home in Forres, Moray, IV361PW, a beautiful part of Scotland. Having reaffirmed my love of art during lockdown, I now paint most days and since I don't have a studio, I mainly paint at the kitchen table or on lovely sunny days, outside on my easel, in the garden. When I'm not painting, I read all about art, look after grandchildren or do gardening and play with my dogs.
In 2019, I took lots of inspirational photographs on a World Cruise. There is enough material to keep anyone painting for a lifetime but being of a certain age, I am making up for lost time and painting prolifically. everything and anything that takes my fancy. One of the many benefits of being retired, means I can devote time to my passion for art. I source reclaimed frames and glass, locally, in an effort to cut down on waste. As an artist, I am learning, studying and evolving all the time and adding to to my skill set. I welcome commissions and will mount, frame, package and post them for customers.
