Gerry has been a Funeral Director in the town since 2002, qualifying in 2006 with an Advanced Diploma in Funeral Directing whilst working for Co-op Funeralcare in Cumbernauld.
He has lived in Seafar since 1995.
Gerry says, "as the only independent funeral director who lives in the town I feel I have a duty to keep a competitive pricing policy; my charges are in the region of £800 to £1200 lower than current Dignity or Co-op prices" (August 2016). "I can do this because I have no shareholders and low overheads."
