YorLan Property was formed in 1997 by Mark Rodwell, a bricklayer by trade who was trained at York College of Arts and Technology.
Mark has been in the building trade since 1980, when he worked for a small building company owned by his father's friend.
YorLan Property has been operating successfully since 1997 in both the commercial and private sector, working closely with Architects and Local Authorities across the region. Whilst continually acquiring new contracts, they also secure repeat work, and recommendations, from clients who have used them for many years.
YorLan Property undertake all aspects of building work; working closely with the requirements and desires of the clients themselves, and with Architects and Local Authorities to ensure all work is completed to the highest of standards. YorLan Property's customers are not just satisfied; they're happy with their choice of quality builders.
